Kindergarten Registration

TIME: 5:00PM – 7:00PM

LOCATION: UHS AUDITORIUM

Kindergarten teachers will be here to assess your child and Chromebooks will be available to register your child.

Refreshments provided

Items to bring with you to register:

• Completed Morgan County Schools enrollment form 

         Copy of :

• Current Proof of Residency 

• • • Acceptable proof of residency: mortgage, most recent utility bill(s) addressed to the parent/guardian at the residence, or the order for utilities

• Child’s Birth Certificate

• Updated Immunization Form to include the 4-5 year old shots

• Child’s Social Security Card (preferred)

• Guardian’s Government Issued ID (i.e. driver’s license)
• Any Legal Paperwork (i.e.custody papers establishing custody or guardianship)
